plus civilian and police agencies Vohne Liche Kennels was founded in 1993 by United States Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Kenneth Licklider. The training staff at VLK consists of seven (7) on site trainers and two (2) off site trainers. All of the training staff is either former military, law enforcement or both. VLK also has the advantage of utilizing several trainers who are considered subject matter experts in their career fields. These experts take time from their busy careers to contribute their expertise to our classes throughout the year.

VLK E-Collar Course

 

Course Includes:

  • Introduction to the E-Collar
  • Properly utilizing the E-Collar
  • Motivational Obedience
  • Utilization of the E-Collar to reinforce your commands
  • Tactical control with the E-Collar
  • Teaching the out & recall
  • Off lease control
  • Problem solving

This is a hands on course. The handler and dog will be exposed to a variety of scenarios.

Vohne Liche Kennels Puppy Program

VLK StoneVohne Liche Kennels (pronounced Von Lick) was established in 1993 by Founder and Owner Kenneth Licklider. VLK is a full service K-9 training facility where the best of the best go for highly trained Police Service Dogs.

VLK has trained Police and Military Service Dogs for over 5000 law enforcement and government agencies, specializing in strong social Police/Military Dogs. Vohne Liche Kennels would like to announce the opening of the Vohne Liche Kennels Puppy Program in January of 17. In our puppy program, we strive to better the breed, producing strong, social and stable working dogs for sport, police, protection and families.

All of our breeding stock are from Europe, where you get the best in 100% working line dogs. Our puppy program specializes in the German Shepherd dog, the Belgian Malinois and the Dutch Shepherd Dog.

Susan Kulla is heading up the Puppy Program. She is the owner/operator of Kulla’s K-9 Center, Inc., specializing in boarding, grooming and training dogs.

 

Her past endeavors have included superintendent and head trainer for the Miami County 4-H Dog Club for 5 years and a member of O.G. Landseite Schutzhund Club
